How do I place an order?
Browse our cards, click "Add to Cart" on the items you like, then click the cart icon to review your order. When you are ready, click "Checkout", fill in your email, then complete payment through PayPal. For physical products, you will also be asked for a phone number and shipping address.
Do I need to create an account?
No. We use guest checkout only. Just provide your email when placing an order so we can deliver your digital product and send you updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment after placing an order.
How do I receive my digital cards?
Digital cards are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout after payment is confirmed.
How long does shipping take for physical products?
We currently sell digital products, which are delivered instantly via email. When we offer physical products in the future, shipping times will vary by location -- please allow 5-10 business days.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Yes, we are happy to discuss bulk orders and custom designs. Please contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you.
What is your refund policy?

Can I print the digital cards myself?
Yes. Once you receive your digital card, you are free to print it at home or at a print shop for personal use.
