Digital Products
Delivery
- Digital products are delivered to your email after payment confirmation
- You will receive your digital card via the email address provided at checkout
Refunds for Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final
- If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will resolve the issue
- If we are unable to deliver the digital product, a full refund will be issued
Physical Products (Future)
We plan to offer physical printed cards in the future. When available, the following policies will apply:
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days depending on location
- Shipping costs, if applicable, included in the product price
Returns & Refunds
- If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
